Can you represent me if I get an IRS notice?
My license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) enables me to represent you.

This is an area that has become increasingly complex that can become a huge liability for even small businesses. A recent case, South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (2018), made e-commerce sales much more complicated as no longer are you only required to remit tax in your business's resident state. Not only that, but each state has different rules on different products and services.
What states are you mist familiar with?
Currently, the Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee region is where I am the most familiar with. However, I am able to research and advise on other state tax matters if necessary.
Are you able to represent me in a court of law?
No, as I am not a licensed attorney. If there are any issues that are beyond the simple reading and interpreting of tax law, I will refer you to a tax attorney.
